She swore the cover was growing on her and by the time she finished reading the book, she knew why I loved that cover. She thought it was perfect, too. My publisher and I worked together on the train cover. <br /><br />I can't imagine painting windmills, especially the sails. But the memories of seeing them next to just about every farmhouse still lingers. <br /><br />The other things that has vanished are fire towers. Now they've been replaced with cell phone towers. Satellites are beaming back images of the forests. Life keeps changing. E. I used to paint them. I believe in dowsing because my uncle was a dowswer. He always found water. He also helped a lot of his neighbors. Great post.
